The Sabbatical Way
The Sabbatical Way Health and Wellness Program is an eight (8) weeks course in understanding the biblical perspective on health and nutrition from a scientific and clinical standpoint. You will learn how to maximize the use of food, to serve its purposes to supply nutrients, as a source of medicine and to enhance pleasure. This course is designed for small groups and consists of:
This program will teach you how to prevent, control and reverse metabolic diseases (diabetes, high cholestrol, etc), cardiovascular diseases (strokes, heart attacks, etc.), inflammatory diseases (arthritis, sinusitis, etc.) and malignant diseases (breast and colon cancers etc.). You will also learn the fundamentals of exercise and how to slow the aging process. |
